Music has always played a great role in the life of people. It has the ability to convey different sorts of emotion and cheer us up. Many people are really fond of doing everything to the sounds of music while others can’t stand it. Let’s speculate what stands behind it.
I am convinced that it’s rather convenient to work listening to music. First of all, music inspires us. It gives us new ideas and power to obtain the best results. Moreover, music helps people to combine two necessary activities. Hard work is accompanied by rest; we become calmer and more enthusiastic to work. A further convincing argument is any activity done to music takes less time as our brains work faster.
However, there is another side to the issue. It is said that it’s a bad idea to study to the sounds of music. A major benefit is that music distracts some people from work. They can’t concentrate at all. Besides, young people often lose sense of time and spend long hours doing the simplest task.
To a certain extent, it can be right, but we shouldn’t forget that music sparks great emotions and it’s quite useful in any creative activity such as painting or design.
In conclusion, I want to say that people can’t live without music. To my mind, it helps us to work and to escape from the reality immersing into the fantastic world of harmony and peace.
